He Who Lurks -> Possible Holidays/Traditions That Can Translate Into Releases (5/2/2011 18:55:11)

more than 4 months have passed and we've experienced at least one new addition to the Epic traditions, St Patrick's Day. What holidays/traditions would you like to see added to EpicDuel? I could imagine Friday the 13th weapons and Thanksgiving weapons off the top of my head(unlucky turkey leg anyone?). Time for an "epic" discussion [:D].

For new ones, Friday the 13th is a must most other AE games have it.

I think the staffs birthdays would be a great one.

EDIT: You changed your post...

Actually, if your referring to the release of the eggzooka than I can reply back by stating that we've already had an Easter tradition which was bunnyzookas. The rest of items/weapons were part of the April Fools day tradition.

By the way, NW has stated that his armor may be available in-game this year some time around his birthday(the month of November).

@he who lurks
makes me wonder if he will release a new stronger version of his armor every year.

Novaburst -> RE: Possible Holidays/Traditions That Can Translate Into Releases (5/2/2011 19:37:32)

Mother and fathers day perhaps? I don't think we should have TOO many holidays though, there are still quite a few thing that have been told to be released soon that should take a higher priority in my opinion.

Agiluz -> RE: Possible Holidays/Traditions That Can Translate Into Releases (5/2/2011 20:33:21)

It's possible that it could be Cinco De Mayo (May 5th for those who don't know spanish)

goldslayer1 -> RE: Possible Holidays/Traditions That Can Translate Into Releases (5/2/2011 20:35:37)

@agiluz
a mariachi hat?

Agiluz -> RE: Possible Holidays/Traditions That Can Translate Into Releases (5/2/2011 20:42:16)

@ goldslayer1
it's possible as a non var hairstyle or a guitar as a sword or something-else that relate to it

^Thanks. I just hope we get many new holiday events this year.

H3P04 -> RE: Possible Holidays/Traditions That Can Translate Into Releases (5/4/2011 4:22:44)

I would also like Friday the 13th too.

Nebula -> RE: Possible Holidays/Traditions That Can Translate Into Releases (5/4/2011 4:25:59)

There really aren't any new ones to celebrate. They have independance day, then they'll have a DragonCon shop/Back-to-school shop and the Halloween. I don't know of any new ones. I mean, there's St. Andrews Day in Scotland and I think England has a "St." day, but they aren't really celebrated. They also missed Chinese New Year, could have released cannon bazookas and whatnot.

What about Robert Burn's day in January? Could have poetic weapons. =P

RKC -> RE: Possible Holidays/Traditions That Can Translate Into Releases (5/4/2011 8:52:43)

Well since ED is part of AE now Friday 13th theme weapons are the most traditional thing ED should do.

jegaggin -> RE: Possible Holidays/Traditions That Can Translate Into Releases (5/4/2011 9:23:13)
