Besides the Varium/Non-Varium and Founder/Non-Founder arguments, here's something else to consider.

A lot of the recent releases are aimed towards almost entirely to high level characters, somewhere in the 30s.

However, since the Beta weapons were released, I have not seen a single item intended for low level characters.

Sure, the majority of players nowadays are high level, but there are also others who've just started playing, or perhaps level 33s that have become bored and decided to work on a fresh new character.

It's very hard to develop a good character when the items aren't up to date and have no stat boosts of the sort.

What do you think about this?

There have been release for lower lvls. but last release was in march.

"A lot" means many, but not all.

I do agree the low level items need some work and updating.. ive started to put together a Merc, hes currently lvl 18 and the weapon choices are pretty bleak and are not very exiting to buy

It may be because its a been there done that sort of thing for me.. i remember when i first started playing and i loved getting new weapons even tho they were nooby in stats and look

I guess i got used to having the higher lvl and awesome looking weapons now

But there should be a nice addition of low lvl things.. cause right now new players dont have alot to choose from, but higher lvl players are spoiled for choice on most things because its all thats comming out

Yes but lvling up in ED is too easy , probably admins think low lvl weps is enough to lvl up.In 500 wins you will be 27-28 lwl and can start to use 33 lwl weps (with the new lwl range update)

Yup, very true

Wouldnt be too great to spend alot of money on new kool low lvl items when you will constantly level and have to buy more better things

500 wins may seem like a short time, but keep in mind that some players may not be hardcore gamers like a lot of us are. And the real number to get to level 28 is at least 1753 wins, assuming you win every single fight you've fought against someone equal to or lower than your level.

And Silent Scream, I think Encumberance counters that issue a little bit, but it'd still be nice to see new weapons for lower level players.

Lowering costs wouldn't be so bad, either.

^ I didnt calculated the real numbers , i just wanted to mention players lvl up fast in low lvls that would be good if there were more low lvl weps but for now improving game should has more priority in my opinion

Is there any armor we can get ahead of time +7 and for all classes/ credits only?

Having no new weapons for low lvl characters might teach them to save up their credits :P

@8rlx0: I don't consider those items as new. Besides, they're still abysmal.

@above: Key word, might. If you follow that mindset, you're not going to have ANY equipment until level 26 or so.

its really sad to think about low level gear i checked on my gear for my lv 17 merc yesturday and i was using a lv 9 sword and never relized it becuase it was still affective

Well, I am guessing that the only benefits that they wanted for those who are just beginning are the level limit. That way, even they will still be able to have a fair chance against the higher levels. -.- Seriously. A level 7 going up against a level 12. No hope. With the level range on the weapons, we can have a fighting chance.... but it is countered because the higher up scan do the same thing.
