Stuck on Loading (Full Version)

Luminescence -> Stuck on Loading (5/4/2011 10:29:43)

I've cleared my cache, I've restarted my computer, but I still get stuck on Loading.

I put in my info, log in, choose my server, choose my character, and then nothing. It doesn't move past the second Loading screen.

I did try to search the forums before posting this, but that got stuck too. I waited 10 minutes after hitting Search, and nothing happened.

Anyways, if anyone knows how to fix this or why it's happening, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Clear your cache that always help me and is caused because of lag.And webpages like youtube or if you're dowloading something you should first let them load and then log in.

I did clear my cache, as I stated in the first line of my post. I don't have any other webpages or downloads running either.

Maybe you must make some updates to your computer, ii it windows or macro?

It's Windows, but seeing as I run every other Artix game perfectly fine, I highly doubt I need to update anything.

I log in fine, it's the second loading screen that I get stuck on, after I select my character.

Old one but a good one.
Run it its own window.
I find tabs affect it sometimes.

Try any of these 3 browsers:

Mozilla Firefox
Google Chrome
Chromium (Google Chrome Plus)

A bit more reliable than IE8.

I agree with Larcell, I have the same problem when I play at a friends, his firewall is weird and causes the same problem but seems to be fine when I change browsers.

This is because the Devs decided that it would be a great idea to lock the servers. In turn this has caused more lag than ever.

I am running Mozilla Firefox, and I didn't have any other tabs open while trying to load. I'm not downloading Chrome, because it's the worst browser design I've ever seen.

If I can't get it to run on Firefox, then I guess I won't play.

There has been a rather large amount of lag recently, you can try waiting till tomorrow and see if it works then. Like has been said clearing your cache or restarting your computer might help. Also you can try reinstalling firefox as it is possible that it isn't working properly. Finally check to make sure that your flash player is properly updated.
