hope i spelled it right . :) what about having baelius come as the friday 13th npc items seller :D and he would be like george lowe a fightable npc that gives a nice achievment and gets x2 damage from his weaps
like it ? wana add somthing to it ? yes /no discuss

its not a suggestion so please dont remove or merge it thx

I highly doubt that Baelus will show up before the storyline begins to play out.
Fortune City needs major development to account for the underground city and Baelus' fortress.

I though this was part of a new design note or information from the staff O.o. I don't think Baelius needs to come out in person for now.
