Circe is head of the forum, she doesn't work on EpicDuel. That's why.
Dax has been posting on the forum, just because it isn't in every thread doesn't mean Dax isn't here. [8|]

Since this has been fully answered, I'm locking this up. Just as a friendly reminder, questions about individuals aren't really allowed. If you want to find out why someone isn't playing you should PM them since only they know their situation.

Circe is a forum administrator so she's probably busy with other projects and duties so she can't be active in-game or on the EpicDuel sections here.
