Defiant -> What determines a good battle? (5/12/2011 15:50:09)

Title is pretty much explanatory. What makes a good, fun, 'healthy' battle in EpicDuel?

I like finding someone my level (29) who is a good conversationalist (doesn't insult me, and accepts defeat and doesn't get too cocky about winning) and at least 10 turns including lots of heals. What about you?

Here are 99 factors that deterrmine a good battle:

1-50: No Crits

51-99: No Boosters

if they use no boost then just good match to you. what would be point of say that is good match. But I do agree on no crits.

No Luck Factor , pure strategy , i get fun from this kind of battles

Oh, I forgot one:

There is no such thing as Good Battle when you fight a 45 45 Gamma Spammer (even if you win).

The ammount of fun you get from it. Sometimes I feel like I'm spamming skills D:

When both people are at their knees and they have both healed and a person beats them by pure strategy

in strategy you want some luck like blocks.

jegaggin -> RE: What determines a good battle? (5/12/2011 19:00:51)

Turkish its not luck if someone like me has 130 support and u have like 30. If there is such a high difference in support there will be at least 1 crit.

frogbones -> RE: What determines a good battle? (5/12/2011 19:51:47)

@ Jegaggin:

If I have 30 Support and my opponent has 140 Support, his chance of critting me is around 20%. That means roughly 8/10 turns he will NOT crit me. If he does Crit me, it is most definitely "luck."

Light Stridr -> RE: What determines a good battle? (5/12/2011 19:55:34)

A good battle
One where you can chat leisurely while fighting
No luck
No boosting
Lengthy, so you enjoy it more.

Wraith -> RE: What determines a good battle? (5/12/2011 20:01:47)

^A good battle is where the opponent is evenly matched with you, and doesn't treat you like a noob. They always do that to me. They say u suk. ima report u 4 suking.

That was the most crazy thing I've ever heard. How can they be better than me when they cant chat properly?

Epic Pwnser -> RE: What determines a good battle? (5/12/2011 20:34:23)

I don't get you guys with no boosting. That's what makes a battle so great, that you have tricks up your sleeve.

1. It's a long fight and the end seems to be no where
2. You don't know who will win.
3. You both seem equally matched
4. It's fun because you can chat and try to outdo each other.
5. Deflections/blocks/stuns
6. Epic 1hp comebacks
7. Can use boosters to lengthen the battle, for TM's the ability to heal loop. The more blocks the better.
8. Puts a smile on your face seeing that you both tried your hardest, but in the end, one always will win.

Wraith -> RE: What determines a good battle? (5/12/2011 20:59:37)

^You are smart.

I like boosters, I like blocks, I just HATE it when someone EMPs me however.

king julian -> RE: What determines a good battle? (5/12/2011 21:01:12)

a CHALLENGE, but in the eyes of any player a good battle is a won battle.

H4ll0w33n -> RE: What determines a good battle? (5/12/2011 21:07:11)

No luck, No bad attitude, good strategy, nice conversation, and gg, gf, ect at the end

Sageofpeace -> RE: What determines a good battle? (5/13/2011 9:10:46)
