No the juggernaut fights do not count for a team or solo win. You can see the LB to see how many juggernaut fights you won.

Anyone playing right now is testing the juggernaut.
I think It would be unfair for it to count to wins with the fact that it's almost a fail free win.
I know for a fact I've only played 6 though xD.
