There could be an Off-Topic category where people can post anything unrelated to Battle On Games or Portal. If this is already given then lock the thread or if its a bad idea and disaster maker then please lock it.

Although it has restrictions on what is allowed, we actually do already have such a board, " The OOC Room", a place for non-AE related topics.
