What is the difference between post reply & fast reply? Also how come on certain fourms I go to you can't delete your own post, why is this?

"Post Reply" moves you to another page to post and gives extra options (you can't upload Files unless you're on the Post Reply) relative to "Fast Reply."

Certain forums prohibit deletion for reasons specific to those forums. For example, in the DragonFable Encyclopedia you can't delete threads (unless you have Moderating powers in the forum) to prevent information from being lost.

Not to be rude but wouldn't it be a bright idea to put this rules univeral rules "Certain fourm pages you go to once you post something it can't be deleted!"

It shows you at the bottom of the page what kind of access to the forum you have so just scroll down and it shows you with a tick or a cross if you can delete your post in that specific forum.
