pinoy idols -> My idea of a perfect EpicDuel (5/20/2011 11:58:27)

I am very saddened by what is happening right now in EpicDuel. not just the game, but the forums as well. Every time a new release comes out, almost immediately, players will go to the forums and say "This update sux" or "Whatever happened to player equality?". On the other hand, the devs lack an important part in proper communication. They almost don't listen to non-vars or all the players themselves. Of all the suggestions I've seen here in the forums so far, never have I seen a single one implemented into the game itself. They need to stop being selective listeners and listen to player comments as well. But hey, let's be honest here, in my less than 3 mos. stay in the forums, none of the stuff I've seen have been implemented, so probably there might have been suggestions before I came that have been put into the game. On the player's part, they should be more appreciative of the Devs' work. Hey, they don't know how much work was put into this game, from the entire code to every update that they release each week. Since HTML is in our high school's (yes, HIGH SCHOOL, not college) curriculum, I know how to make simple web pages and the code that the devs are working on is simply a more complicated version of HTML, so I understand how hard it is to maintain this game.

Wouldn't it be awesome to see Epic Duel with players agreeing and cooperating with the devs, seeing the forums filled with great ideas and suggestions with no flaming, just people having fun playing this awesome game. And to make that dream come true, players should start by stopping their flaming attacks and trolling other players. Hey, not fighting each other (in the forums, at least) shouldn't be a bad start.

Before I end this post of mine, let's sing to the chorus of "Price Tag" by Jessie J. (with side comments from me)

It's not about the money, money, money (lookin' at ya, devs!)
We don't need your money, money, money (this should be AE's tagline)
We just wanna make the world dance (yeah!)
Forget about the price tag (shoutout to all non-var players out there!)
