smaller file size needed (Full Version)

sorry if this is not the right spot if its not just tell me and i will move it (some how because you cant delete threads in this form)
any ways recently I created this ( http://i51.tinypic.com/b9gp4m.gif ) as a siggy. How ever on closer look it is 73.06 KB and the max i believe is 50.
I spent quite alot of time on it and i don't want to see it go to waste is there any way to shrink the file size so that it obeys form rules?

i would but i was under the impersonation that only .gif can handle animations

its true. jpg cant do animation :/
i suggest going back the the original file and saving it again, this time with a lower quality so that the size will be below the limit
its the most simplest way to solve the problem
