It gives a lot of stats thats why it has low damage, its same with Mjlornir (Idk how to spell it).

caden staff for me brought me 19k in wins its like founder armor. Thats way I feel about that staff it brought me joy.

No but there should be a 33/32 lvl Non Varium Staff better than cadens

It's lvl causes it's base damage to be low, due to it's high stats as well. The merc weapon is called M JOL NIR. Which is one way to remember the spelling. Just remember jol, then nir. Then you have the rest. There are weapons that are higher in base damage...with more stats. It's called lvl 31 weapons. No buff needed, or else you'll see lvl 23's running around with +30 base damage.
