I want to make a group/clan like beacon of hope.
It will be - Celestia knight's of light and order, or Celestia knight's of light, or something along those lines.

But i need help with making one because i have no idea how or where to start.

Well the first step is making a clan page, which should be posted here, then what most people do to get members is make a clan signature, try to advertise without breaking the rules ;)
