My Epicduel account is hacked. My master account username is Dartz . Hacker changed the email now. Please, i've varium in that account. Spent my money on it. Please recover it.

First things first, please calm down, if everything is processed through correctly you should obtain your account back.


Please read Drago's link as this will give you a good explanation http://portal.battleon.com/help/p-account-recovery.asp
Then email them and if you have spent varium you will need a transaction ID (Thats the simplest way to recover your account)
A transaction ID is the proof of purchase, so that way they can match it to their records and confirm the account is yours.

Well, i paid through AlloPass... and i have the transaction ID
but they don't have any method of recovering from mobile transaction.

If you believe you have been hacked then please use the links that have been posted above to help you. There is nothing anyone on the forums can do to help you in the situation.
