When I get a Private Message on the forums it sends that Private message to my inbox and my E-mail, Is there any way I could stop this from happening?

If you want to disable email notifications, click on "Profile" at the top-right of your forum interface and scroll down to the "My Preference" section. Then uncheck the "E-mail notification of new Private Message?" option, hit "Apply" and you should stop receiving emails when you're PM'd.
