I was messing around with my lvl 16 alt mercenary account star stripe. And i noticed how powerful Surgical Strike is. It does between 35-40 dmg on people who i play against (10-12 to about 15-18). I think its better then bunker buster and artillery strike at lower level.
1. You add tech to get a stronger SS which means you have higher resistance
2. its stronger and weaker then BB. Stronger because you get higher definite damage and gives you ok heal at lower level. Weaker because BB can be used twice in the same time it takes to activate surgical strike and if it crits it is stronger then SS.
I also think that SS is good because it rage cuts 50% which means that if u "tank", which you will if are raising ur tech to get a stronger SS. So the rage cut means that you will probably rage faster then the other person which is always good :).
Just my thoughts, Discuss if you disagree or agree. Remember I'm saying if its stronger at a lower level, higher level you can spam stats so BB and Artillery strike normally do more damage then the lowly SS.
