I feel bad for those noobs too when all i am thinking about in battle is how to win in the least amount of turns, preferably turn one.
I think having a tutorial at the beggining would help a lot, considering all the new stuff you need to learn when you start the game, such as energy vs pysical and all the different skills.

The suggestions like step-by-step tutorials for new players are very good, Imo better than balancing issues. How many times were you in a 2vs2 and your partner attacks the guy with super-high defence when he could've killed the noob bounty? How many times do you tell your partner "Heal me," and they say "healing is for noobs,"? P.S. This only applies when you were around Lvl 25.

Tutorials are definitely required to educate noobs about this game. Runescape has a tutorial, and one that clearly tells you how to play the game, with step-by-step guides and features where you can ask a guide if you don't know what to do.

We need tutorials! I've had partners that, let's say required one more point in strength to do higher damage, or had one point too much in health and had 96 HP, or required 1 more technology point to meet bloodlust requirement... In fact, many noobs exist who use swords instead of blades, having max massacre or poison! Even mages with swords have supercharge! Also, the tutorials should include stat progression, and skill tips like hybrid max first etc. But then, noobs will be gone and all fights would be harder. Significantly. That's only if they understood the tutorial Lol.

At one point, we were noobs too. I made many mistakes when i sarted as you guys probably also did...

Keep that in mind when commenting.

Well each of the stats and skills do have descriptions that explain to a degree how things work, but I whole heartedly agree that a a tutorial would be incredibly helpful to newer players. To be honest I'd be more in favor of there being an NPC who explained these things via the player "asking questions" and selecting which topics they'd like to know about. This could be broken into discussions on topics like Stuns, Blocks, Crits, Weapon Damage, Damage/Resistance, Stats, ect.

if you give people a choice to learn, they invariably dont learn. thats why school is compulsory.

Make the school Dean be Chuck Norris. He will round kick the information right into the noobs heads
