endtime -> RE: New classes (6/9/2011 20:28:24)

I want to get something cleared up first: are the new classes supposed to be stronger than their predecessors?

H4ll0w33n -> RE: New classes (6/9/2011 21:05:02)

I think it should cost 25000 credits, 500 battle tokens, level 30+, and missions to unlock it and you should also be able to switch from EX. Techmage to Blood Mage anytime you want for free because staying the same class is boring and some people can't keep switching classes.

drdonte -> RE: New classes (6/9/2011 21:56:32)

guess i think it really doesn't matter like that since the merc upgrade will probobly still be thje strongest.i just think the tm and bh are switched a little.

drinde -> RE: New classes (6/9/2011 22:30:28)

I think there should 2 options.

LV30+ Players get to either do a Mission or pay 1000 Varium to evolve. The Varium option has an advantage, that is they can switch without regarding the base. E.G. A Techmage becomes a War Master without changing to Merc 1st.

This unlocks the Evolution Button on the Character Stats Page and they can Evolve.

BTW, I don't think they'll be available to new players, since they are evolutions.

ReV3nGe -> RE: New classes (6/10/2011 10:36:48)

I'm 99.9 % sure its Varium and if it's not,It will probably cost a lot

goldslayer1 -> RE: New classes (6/10/2011 10:43:57)

no, they will be like alternate version of ur current class.
example bloodmage = a mage but with strength type attacks, so u would be able to do strength builds with bloodmage.
cyber hunter would be a BH but with alot of tech based skills.

Mr. Black OP -> RE: New classes (6/10/2011 15:05:21)

@above
now i need to get a physical armor -____-

goldslayer1 -> RE: New classes (6/10/2011 15:19:17)

@zman
i got both bunny borg E and P

charwelly -> RE: New classes (6/10/2011 17:56:00)

well i think i should come from class change...
but i know i'm not changing to the new class

veneeria -> RE: New classes (6/10/2011 22:21:43)

Chain of quests sounds like a good idea... as well the battle token one...
I suppose, that both should come... i doubt that anyone would redo the same chain of quests to change the class to another, which is why i think the choice of battle token should also come in.

Being it free.. would mean that there would be people who would spam the class changing feature... but then again, if it was 1 time only free and then never more.. it would be cool.. but if it comes 1 time free.. it should only be for players of level 25 and above... max level is kinda too extreme.. and considering how hard it is to level from that level to beyond (cuz of the varium dewds.. )... yeah.. only level 25 is alright.
And it is good that it stays level 25 only feature, so that first the players can learn the basis with the other classes.. then come to the serious business :3 Plus, it makes it more sweet when we reach after so much hard work in leveling :) But not too much.. Because if it is too much.. then in the end.. that would erase all of the other objectives.

Paying varium, that is HIGHLY UNREASONABLE and would MOST LIKELY ENRAGE EVERYONE.

I agree then with: BEING FREE, LEVEL 25 only, Quest chains and battle tokens feature.

Hun Kingq -> RE: New classes (6/10/2011 23:53:11)

Well guess what people it will cost varium unless you start from scratch, that is why myself and other players are saving our varium and earning more Atrix credits to get more varium. So like myself do the free stuff earn the credits and get the varium because no matter what anyone suggest they wwill less likely to change method of class change.

King FrostLich -> RE: New classes (6/10/2011 23:53:42)

@Sonya Post #5

Actually it would "evolve". Rock evolves to metal(mercs), scissors will have more advanced technology(bounty hunters) and as for paper(mages).....I dunno maybe they turn water proof? Lol.

UnityDestroyer -> RE: New classes (6/11/2011 0:16:31)

Free in a hard way maybe make new npc that would sell the class(es) but in a hard place or Nightwraith or Titan can sell that
that is my opinion

King FrostLich -> RE: New classes (6/12/2011 3:25:38)

@unity: A class can't be sold though except AQW but I think that's a bad idea.

Death -> RE: New classes (6/12/2011 3:35:48)

I see the Developers are going for the all-varium route still.
Well, I guess i'm not going to like this coming release.

Even with Gamma bots leaving; there will probably something else annoying to replace them
(Btw, has everyone noticed all variums going for all 45 attitudes? So much for unique builds)

Anyways, these Varium classes would probably just be upgraded class of the primary.

charwelly -> RE: New classes (6/12/2011 5:17:01)

well we won't know till the realse so theres no point in discussing it is there?

earth breather -> RE: New classes (6/12/2011 5:47:09)

maybe for an extra reward all gamma-alpha-beta testers n founders get 1 free evolution for all the new delta peeps it costs varium

Blulou12 -> RE: New classes (6/12/2011 5:52:27)

I wonder what if the founder armors will change since its probably going to be a new class? I hope they change

number90901 -> RE: New classes (6/12/2011 18:43:11)

Nobody seemed to notice it said "will be available through the class change feature" which means varium. Why cruel world????

earth breather -> RE: New classes (6/12/2011 18:50:46)

^I noticed it. perhaps they mean a different way for purchase, example: credits but still through the class change feature.
