How do I contact support through e-mail? I would like to know if it's possible to change my x-guardianship in AQ to Dragon Amulet in DF.

You would do so through the help pages. However, I can answer on their behalf: The only way you could accomplish this is by requesting a refund for that upgrade on the grounds of an accidental transaction, and then upgrading your DragonFable character separately. You cannot do this if you have played your upgraded character, however.
