Think back. If it was just Beta from the time Gamma came to right now, how do you think the game would be as of right now? When I say no Gamma that would mean no items / weapons / missions / enhancements that came from August 4, to this very day. State your imagination and remember, no imagination is wrong. ^^

Gamma would be greatly desired because many people in beta clamoured for the gamma features...then backtracked once they saw for themselves the negative aspects of their wishes. And there would be no dearth of flaming regarding the lack of gamma features, ironically.

It would be even i think, because although alot of good things came out of gamma so too did alot of bad things which conteracted the good, for example when the bunnyborg armour was released i was like wow cool 9+ armour and then i sore the enhacements added to gun's and aux's and i was extremely disapointed. Enhancemnents have messed up this game soo bad. It was alright when it was just for primary but now it's just a rip off which causes overpowered builds, spamming to an extreme degree and increases the gap between non var and var and makes it harder for lower levels to stand a chance agianst the higher ones. I think it also cuased luck to be messed up as well as without so much stats luck would not be so much of an impact in the games output.

ignorance is bliss [:)] however they have furthered the game engine and with delta approaching we can only hope for better than this phase of the game

No missions
Support mercs will rule

Good:
No focus, ergo no bots
Varium-nonvarium gap will be less (I think)
No enhancements
No Shadow Arts (not that it makes much difference)
More freedom with builds

Gamma has bad ways but it has good ways too , admins wanted to do this phase like this so we should try to happy with what we got.

Well, I think that the old Epicduel Forums moved because they just decided to and it wasn't because of beta going into gamma I believe.
They polled us, saying if we would support the merge, and I think most of us said no, but they did it anyways as I believe had happened.

On topic: If gamma never happened, there would not be this much complaints about the gamma bot, there would be no money pits, and everything, in my opinion would have just been fine, but quite more boring.
