I notice that when I post youtube video, AK link it again as Quietubed. I wonder if this apply when the video have bad words in comment only or all youtube must linked like this. Also can this rule be used in other part of forum

The purpose of changing YouTube links would be to remove profanity from responses, yes. And not, you are not required to link using Quietube; however, you are responsible for linking appropriate web pages, so do be aware of what you are linking should you choose to do so.

Rules prohibiting profanity and inappropriate language/situations are universally applicable, so any sub-forum in which a YouTube video would be linked will follow the same posting rules.

In short, if you'd like to check all the comments before posting a YouTube link, you may do so. But it may be quicker (and safer for you) to just use a Quietube link instead unless you would like to draw specific attention to a comment of the video.

In the OOC Room, topics are usually about what's going on in the world (and some of them are quite controversial) and since that topic is popular with a bunch of people with a large age range, it's more common to see profanity in the comments. That doesn't mean that there is certainly going to be comments that are negatively posted, but it's best just to play it safe and QuietTube it, since many popular videos have a ton of comments and it's unlikely that you'll go through it all. As to other parts of the forum, videos posted there are usually about AE games, such as how to defeat a monster or where to buy an item. Because of these less controversial videos there are less likely to be over PG13 language so you probably won't have to QuietTube but if there is then it's probably best to do so just to make the job on the AKs a lil' easier :)
