How'd I make a Signature, Um, a picture? a link, and posters, or something like that.

You should post this in the Creative Arts section, you can make one via GIMP or Photoshop. (Those are the main you can also use Paint and Paint.NET) Or you can request one here: http://forums2.battleon.com/f/tt.asp?forumid=56

You could screenshot (Prt Scr or if on laptop, fn-prt scr) then take it to Paint. At the left hand bottom you see two options, with some prisms on it. CLick on the lower one. The click to A on the left panel, and select where you want font. Then type in font. You can go to top options and find show font toolbar and change font and font size, but you can't change font color. GIMP 2 is good as well, just complicated. Photoshop is quite expensive.
