So I want to have a nice sig, can i use a picture from google and post it in the sig page, like its pretty big is it gonna be automaticaaly reduced in size?

No, it can't re-size it here in and website that re-sizes pictures can re-size Ur picture and also the dimensions are 500x100 and 50KB in size. or you can request in a shop in the artistic requests.

Correct. It wont re-size on the forums.
You can re-size your pic with a website or a download, such as PAINT, or something else. And if you have paint, you can size the dimensions to the size of 500x100 50KB and draw in that space.
