am i reading this right?
atleast half of this list isn't even at the 33 lvl fighting range.
exile soldier (lvl 3), oz (lvl 10), junker (lvl 2), marauder (lvl 27), mirv (25), city guard (1 and 3), light city guard are all below lvl 28.
IMO the record should only be app-liable IF the player is within the lvl range of that NPC.
any lvl 33 can 1 hit a lvl 3 npc or a lvl 1 npc.

any rules u would like to make towards some records?
i know its a record and all but some records need limitation. or else anyone would be able to do it and u would be filling up the record list with useless ones like fighting lvl 1 NPCs when ur lvl 33 -.-
i mean i would be fine with u 1 turning that NPC as long as ur in the lvl range of that npc.
so if the npc is lvl 10 u should be no more than lvl 15.
