the only skills that are overpowered on a tactical merc are the toxic gernade, 50+ unblockable damage starting at turn one. I say make it the same as venom strike where the actual hit is blockable and the max poison is 11. Technician is the other op skill. A merc's, tactical or otherwise, only sheild's should be there blood sheild and hybrid armor. i say nerf toxic grenade and swap technician for blood shield and they will be right on par with every other class.
