Can you give me your opinion on this topic -

no they wont but i think they will make static charge a passive skill

Well I was hoping they did it would balance it a bit more and give Tac merc energy hybrid ?

No i think it would balance the game out a bit more because CH are classed as weakest to me right now :S ...

Hybrid Armor plus Shadow Arts is balanced to you? This is a horrible idea I hope it does not happen.

yes because a small chance to block with some def is OP, a lot of bh dont even have it maxed because of the insane requirement
but they wont get it because they have DM
maybe bloodlust, DA, or make a new passive

i fought him a few times, a str ch with malf and energy weps right?
beat him 3 out of 3 times :/ he is a good CH but the old classes are still better then the new with the exception of t mercs

@zman 2 I know but +12 def/res with a 10% chance to stun and block seems a tad much. I know 10% is a low chance. But still seems kinda bad. CH is suppose to be Bounty Hunter plus technology. I think it be better if Static Charge was eitheir like Frenzy just a energy version or turned into a passive but it would have to be way weaker. Like bloodlust.

for that u just used 20 points and a lv 33 would only have 13 points left and not all the CH are lv 33 and with the support requirements only 5 focus would have a successful build for it at max

@above Yes I know that. But the only choses these days are eitheir 5 Focus or Spamming builds.

It takes one skill point to get a great massacre then the rest into Malf and you get the most broken build in the game. Blocking skills, Defense, Malf and then huge damage with Massacre. Mercs already abuse Str and Hybrid and they get a 70% boost to damage from Zerker which can hit 60 without any defense nerfs. Massacre gets 86% plus it gets a defense nerf to go with it and it's completely unblockable as well. So CHs get more damage boost %, a defensive nerf, and a completely unblockable skill. That is already strong enough without adding 12 more defense to the equation.

Edit:@below Which is my point, Massacre is way better than Zerker already and people still want to add 12 more defense to CHs.

there two diffrent skills ones un blockable the others blockable

Ahh. I'd still rather have an unblockable than sacrifice all that str to put into dex.

Agreed with edwardvulture. Bh's are the least armored class, all their armors/default are cloth or whatever.

however, they MIGHT get one or 2 abilities replaced. i mean, they allready have shadow arts and malf [:'(]
