I just notice that, is there any specific reason why?

Also will it be applied into some other game Board? I like the idea (even saying "Lock" is awesome though[:(]) since I tent to correct errors in AQW Q&A and they tent to delete my post because they thread already lock requested

But I also don't understand your post very much. What are you trying to say? That the AQW Q&A lock-system is good? Bad? I don't get it.

AQW system (or the old system) is not very good.

To my understanding, no Q&A board AKs are obliging lock requests anymore. Locks are now reserved for instances of rulebreaking, such as threads turning into discussions. The reasons for the policy change can be inferred from the problems lock requests formerly presented. You've mentioned one yourself.
