Are you happy with the way it got Nerved/Buffed ( depends how you look at it )?

In my opinion, BM got worst... It seems to be forced into 5 Focus.
Reflex Boost is nice but Losing Assimilation ruined the class imo.

Assimilation was imo pretty much the key skill for winning, it made a difference between
getting Massacred, using a heal etc.

It doesn't matter anymore since both Cyber and Tactical Merc alike can get their energy back. Cyber Hunter with their Static Charge move, and Tactical Merc with passive Reroute. As for the bounty hunter class, it's just one hard class that can't get their mana back. You don't usually see regular mercenaries anymore, so... they have reasons for removing it. Besides, Reflex can give you your energy back when you get hit with it on over time. It's like a 4 turn level 2 reroute. And added defense. At least that's something.

True but
I had a lot of fights that Tact Mercs needed an attack to use a Heal ( 17 energy ) and a Right timed Assimilation prevented
them to regain enough energy for that heal ( seeing energy is stolen aswell )

It made a difference, it was imo the key skill

Since every class needs a multi i left plasma rain but don't u think this would be more fair?
They are str primary class so leave their main passive near the top and leave their defensive skills near the bottom
Another strong point is it forces stats to be placed out with how everything is located on the skill tree making it hard to OP

I'd put Deadly Aim at Technician and vica versa, Deadly Aim is a Very powerfull passive so It should be at least a Third tier skill...

Btw, I just Tried a 5 focus BM.... Most Rediculus ever seeing I need energy and 45 on each skill = 58 Energy and 80 Health -_-

ya i kept switching those before i posted but it SHOULD be higher in the tree for sure seeing how damage is a key for bloodmage. the problem is separating the trees branches to where a player will be offensive but be forced to have at least some defense to balance

but overall would u be happy with that tree with those switched?

Yes, that Skill Tree would be a lot better.

I don't see it happen any time soon because we know how they are.

What ever you change , the only build a BM can do is 5 focus , Because No Debuff and No Hybrid , they can do same as 5 focus BH do without using smoke.

what about a new skill kinda like hybrid. it maxs at +9 and goes down -1 every turn that passes. that way it adds deff but still isnt deff focused. the idea would still be to kill quickly before ur added deff runs out. and would obviously be passive

still realize problems with this being its hard to kill quickly without debuff, but a debuff on a bm would be kinda harsh considering is potential for high damage. but im working on new skill trees for all new classes to present so mostly thinking outloud here

firstly tell me y assimilate(a important skill which was the aspect of every BM's build) got removed for a reflex boost

no clue.. they should both exist on the same tree.. 3 spells shouldnt exist on it considering its not a caster type build, thats y on my tree i removed the stun spell for it

Cindy was talking about Reflect Boost being able to work like a Reroute and it works great with Super Charge and OverLoad...
On the skill list it gives good damage, but In battle that's a different thing...

So now you know why I made Improving the Blood Mage and came up with the idea of combo armor no energy cost and would not have Assimilation taken away and gave two options of returning energy but a lot of players told that would make the Blood Mage Over powered so now we got something that takes up energy to increase Dex with little to no energy return last only a couple of rounds thenyou have to activate it again using more energy getting no energy back.

Because I had Assmilation on max and did not retrain I decided to use it in the battle against nightwraith with my lower level Blood Mage he got the same or more damage with it on and Against Admin 12 the same thing and I barely seen any energy return 15%, what a joke.
