Ok I am really pssed at u epicduel players. You guys r literally blind from greed and anger that you forgot what this game is
about at all!!! This game is literally about factions. You make a faction then build it up and when ur ready compete! You go head on against other factions,
schedule tournaments, go for daily 1v1 or 2v2, have parties with your faction and have a great time!you don't even need a faction to have a good time!What happened to the game I
once loved heck whatonce used to be literally my life a year and a half ago. Now you guys have lost all creativity and spirit just because of some balance issues?Why has the ED community
become like this. Ok there have been alot of bad updates but that doesn't mean "oh man I hate this game lets flame the ED staff and other players because im lazy
and incapable of having a good time on epicduel."Can someone please tell me why we must act like this instead of getting along and having a great time on epicduel.
Also, dont post *Oh thats because titan is blah blah blah or because devs are blah blah* or anything like that because that just childish.I want the old epicduel bak, it hasnt changed at all if u think about it, it's us that has changed.I feel ashamed of what we have become....

I honestly have high respect for Artix Entertainment,
they took us in and if anything attracted more game thirsty players.

Ok so basically.
We changed, because the devs freaking nerfed everything, variumized the game, gave super high enhancements that was made completely worthless by the new diminishing stat progressions.
Ok, so we changed.
What I think is another reason is:
The new players that come into this game are all 8-12 year olds (estimating). In alpha(maybe) and definitely beta, ED has a more mature community base and were more closely knit together. Legends were easily recognized by their wins, and it was the "glory days".
Cut to the present. Discontent. More pressure. Maybe it's because we want more. It's like a child growing. You just need to consume more. You need more food, you need more games to interest you.
How can the devs satiate these desires? Class balance? There are many values, many factors that are really hard to control (if I imagine myself in the dev's role).

So basically, I'm saying. Immaturity.
Even maybe the greediness of the more veteran players.

And yes there are "solutions" to this, but don't ask me to delve into this topic.

You are absalutley right these days even if you casualy heal they cant help themselves without calling you "noob" its rediculous i think players should get some matureness and respect and Have fun and not block anyone else from having it either.

Yes I think ed staff should mainly focus on factions and how to improve faction wars because that's what epicduel is. Factions fighting over domination of
delta V at the moment since there is no storyline.

And yes, I agree that the basis of 1v1 is factions.
Without factions, what are you doing 1v1 for?

And that the fun of the game is supposed to come from battling and figuring ways you can battle creatively.

Through tourneys, getting records (max damage for any skill).
It's what is fun about the game.
Factions also end to the suspense with competition.

Then do you see the other side of the spectrum?
Namely fame, war kills, SERVER LOCK, DIMINISHING PROGRESSIONS, enhancements for god sakes.

Does anyone see anarchy around these topics? Do you see how these add nothing for creativity. And is all just a hoax to make you buy more varium and spend it all, like water running through your fingers. Literally, it's either make money or save money. Kill creativity and save money. That's how it is now. Make more of these useless features and make more money.

Okay, I am reluctant to point this out as I would love nothing more for the ED community to improve, but this is not ED GD material. It does nothing to foster in-game discussion and is more of a rant than anything else. Lastly, this has degenerated into a complaint thread. I am sorry, but I will be forced to lock this topic.
