Maybe giving them Deadly Aim.

Fatal Impact -> RE: Honest CH Review (7/16/2011 23:15:35)

CH's are beast, if they got buffed anymore they would be OP.

Cinderella -> RE: Honest CH Review (7/16/2011 23:28:10)

I'm playing as a Cyber Hunter currently. I think it would be more usable with bloodlust, but I don't see why everyone says it sucks. I'm doing fairly well, and I'm mainly weak to high strength builds (100+)

XxGamerKidxX -> RE: Honest CH Review (7/17/2011 0:02:15)

Honestly I'm happy with cyber hunter because I'm doing great with it and I have my own build that wins most of the time

Yes, it would be more usable with Blood Lust. And the Static Charge can be removed. :)

DillBagel -> RE: Honest CH Review (7/17/2011 1:25:10)

I think Bloodlust would but Cyber Hunter on a Tactical Merc level, which would make me very happy.[:D]

If you gave them bloodlust, they would just become more like bh's. Instead, I suggest giving Cyber Hunters frenzy, remove reroute from tac mercs but give them static charge. Something around those lines would work, unless you could make a new skill for Cyber Hunters that is half bloodlust/reroute. It converts about 10% damage into health at max and about 7% damage they take becomes energy at max. This skill may or may not be overpowered, the only way to find out is if you guys test it :P.

Goony -> RE: Honest CH Review (7/17/2011 1:26:49)

Storms just made a good Cyber Hunter build :)

You just need to think outside the square, malf, energy claws, static charge and cheapshot is a deadly combo ;)

XxGamerKidxX -> RE: Honest CH Review (7/17/2011 1:34:30)

I don't see the point in giving them bloodlust most times I use static charge. And usually am able to heal loop

Mohandas Gandhi -> RE: Honest CH Review (7/17/2011 1:38:55)

I think the classes are perfectly fine, the players are just judging them before even using them.

XxGamerKidxX -> RE: Honest CH Review (7/17/2011 1:42:43)

To some extent I agree with you mohandas but I haven't yet faced the dreaded op'ed tlm

Bu Kek Siansu -> RE: Honest CH Review (7/17/2011 1:50:42)

MG: I used the 6 classes more than 2x each. :)

DeathSpawn -> RE: Honest CH Review (7/17/2011 1:52:49)

Cyber Hunters useless lol especially when you have so many people saying, it works or its not as bad as they say, just because there one and they win a few matches and blame the losses on anything other than the fact that they indeed lost.

Lol I remember wanting to run a support CH during the initial release which would have worked pretty well even with low strength with energy claws but then I encountered the problem that static charge was an attack and not a passive which I overlooked in the rush for the ultimate build lol.

Also it's easy for people to "Suggest" all these new things but IMO I think we need new skills period! Get rid of the old garbage!

I loved how they added some new features with the Delta update!!! Why leave these other garbage skills already being used in the other classes??

Hopefully the answer is that it would take too long and they will just leave this trash here til they come up with new skills to go with the new classes....

Xendran -> RE: Honest CH Review (7/17/2011 2:37:39)

Mohandas: I have played every class in this game extensively. It is possible to make a good CH build, but good is the limit. You arent going to be pulling off anywhere near the percentages you can get with BH, Merc and TLM.

Fatal Impact -> RE: Honest CH Review (7/17/2011 2:40:09)

Bloodlust just dosent fit the cyber hunters personality. Reroute would though :D

voidance -> RE: Honest CH Review (7/17/2011 3:10:55)

How about this, we do away with hybrid armor, give mercenaries and tactical mercenaries a skill that has the same concept as hybrid armor but it can't be switched (basically a passive physical armor). Then give cyber hunters a passive energy armor.

Edit:
Names for the skills
Juggernaut or flak jacket for Passive physical armor
Firewall for passive energy armor

HellsCupid -> RE: Honest CH Review (7/17/2011 4:35:57)

Here is my input,

I do not think that Bloodlust would be a good addition to the Cyber Hunter skill-tree, because if it was, they would just become an Energy version of a Bounty Hunter. I wouldn't like to see that happen ;P, i was thinking that a nice Hybrid armour would do better to give the Cyber Hunter a little twist with Tank/Massacre builds ^_^.

TBH, Static Charge is a REALLY good skill, and i mean REALLY good. I can easily use it to heal loop with a level 8 heal ;D, therefore I see no need in making it a passive. But Shadow Arts is something that i'm really concerned about, it is our only passive, and is the most useless one in terms of effectiveness. If i am correct, it would statisticly (not actually) activate ONCE every 10 turns at MAX. Apart from this, it also has an excessively high support requirement, i mean c'mon...

Oh, and about the new skill Plasma Grenade, why did we get the worst it. Blood Mage's got Plasma Cannon (An Energy Bunker Buster), and the Tactical Mercenaries got Poison Grenade (Which is stronger than the BH's poison!). Seriously, Plasma Grenade is just an Energy Stun Grenade and isn't really capable of dealing much damage at all, let alone the amount of mana needed to actually take the chance to hope you get a stun.

The Cyber Hunter isn't pathetic, it is good (as Xendran mentioned), but not good enough to keep up.
