If a person Is accepted into the debate club, do they automatically get that tag?

And can I have a list of Groups/Clubs that if your accepted into you get a personalisable Tag?

Yep, the "Debatable!" title automatically comes with Debate Club membership. If we're limiting ourselves solely to user groups that can be actively applied for, the Debate Club is actually the only group of which members automatically receive a title. if you're curious about other titles, it might be worth your time to check out the " Forum ranks, groups, and titles" thread.
