First of all, I know that there are many threads about this already. Having all my opinions in one made me decide to put it all together so not everyone will miss some statements that I said in different threads.

In my opinion, TLM's Hybrid Armor must be taken away from them. Why? Because it makes the game unfair to everyone especially to the F2P players. I'll show different situations here:
1) Imagine being a non-varium -insert one of the primary classes name here- (level 30) fighting 1v1 against a varium TLM(level 33) with all the delta weapons and all that. How can the non-varium player beat the TLM with all stats 50+ along with all the weapon and armor stats? It's obviously an automatic win for the TLM. Now, Angels Holocaust said last night that removing TLM's Hybrid Armor will make them "auto-lose". I still don't understand how especially if they still have the weapon and armor stats that give them the advantage against non-variums.
2) In a 2v2 battle, a Bounty Hunter (level 33) and a Tech Mage (level 31) against two TLM's with both 100+ support and high defense/resistance because of Hybrid. Obviously the BH and TM have no chance of winning because even if they decide to use Reflex Boost and Defense Matrix on themselves, two Artillery Strikes will apply a great amount of damage without even a critical hit.
3) The leaderboard is now constantly being invaded by TLM's especially the Team Battle. In reality, even Single Battle too but because Fay Beee and Donna Matrix is still the top 3, it doesn't mean that what I'm saying is not true. They are still there because they earned their wins long ago even before this monster class came out. Another thing is that you cannot see any Tech Mages or even Blood Mages there because all the other four classes have a great advantage against them.
4) The point of Juggernaut Battle is to try a handicap mode but with TLM's smashing everywhere killing all non-varium players in two turns (Smoke Screen, Strike) makes it easy for them to achieve the top.

In conclusion, I just want to show how TLM's are so over-powered. People have said that the other two classes (Cyber Hunter and Blood Mage) will be buffed, but think about the primary ones. They are being left out of the battle. If buffing the other classes is the best way to "balance" all classes, then I'll be fine with it but I want to see a situation where a -insert one of the primary classes name here- can beat a TLM. If that does not happen, a suggestion made by my fellow forumers and I is to take off TLM's Hybrid Armor and replace it with a skill similar to Mercenaries' Blood Shield but raising defense instead of resistance. With this being implemented, TLM will be forced to divide their attribute points in order to have a high defense/resistance and have a skill that costs health/energy that eventually fades off.

TLMs are beatable, even by my mage. its just the odds ofc are stacked in their favour.

Well. Maybe if we don't get evolved we get left behind. Maybe they will make class change even cheaper in the near future.

Srly how many of these threads are needed? Isn't there a rule against posting a thread when one one the same topic exists. I've ingored this annoyance long enough. If you lose most of the time it's a good chance your build doesn't work that great. I'm a merc, and get creamed by defensvie builds. If you can't beat then it's means you are not willing to try and improve your build, and would rather complaim until you get everything your way. As much of a shock as it might seem NOBODY gets tp have their way all the time. Instead of being selfish and upset more players why not suggest buffs for your class, or do what I did and make one of each class. There is enough character slots. The nerf them threads reguardless of the class need to stop.

nah. I mean I can only comment from personal experience. I'm not saying they aren't OP cause they seriously are, but to say they aren't beatable is a bit much.

what makes them easier to beat than bounty hunters is defence matrix actually works against them and they only heal with frenzy instead of bloodlust.

This is trolling now. We get it third eye, your bad at this game. You fail to understand the basic concepts of the game, that's why your complaining to everyone and trying to nerf the tactical merc class. What are you going to do when tactical mercs are crippled and strength BH are on top again? This has to stop now, there has and always will be ONE oped class. It's never going to change.

I wasn't even trolling. Oh and saying that I'm bad at this game? I'll ignore that. So what if strength BH's return? At least they are less OP'ed compared to TLM's. And yet still, you haven't answer my question yet. How is taking off Hybrid Armor make TLM's auto lose?

Angels, You are right there is always and always will be an OP Class In ED. I believe he is trying to express his point.
My freind a nerf is not needed the other classes need a buff or some skills.

If they wont nerf TLM, then they should buff TM, BH, CH, and BM. The normal merc class doesnt need a buff does it?

I'll respond to why TLM will be under powered if we lose hybrid armor. You suggested that we would get some useless technique like defense matrix or reflex boost. Well Mages usually lose to strength bounty hunters and why wouldn't the same happen to TLM?


A smart strength BH usually strikes until the Mage puts on the defense matrix, and by the time that the Mage puts on defense matrix he/she should have 75 health. The BH uses his energy gun and shoots the Mage lowering his/her hp to 45-50. The Mage heals. The smart BH obviously waits till the matrix is off and performs massacre lowering the Mages health to his 30's. Due to the fact that field medic is at a 4 cooldown all he or she can do is defense matrix. By then the BH rages and guns him/her down.


So your telling me that it's OK for strength Bounty Hunters to be oped, but not mercs? Sounds like your a little too biased. You hate the fact that your powerless to stop tactical mercs, that your completely outmatched, well imagine feeling the way you do now when strength BH were OPed as hell in Gamma. How do you think I felt when my class was crippled and mages were pretty much free wins for these dam BH. Well now it's your turn, I hope you enjoy it.


FYI mages were capable of a 100-98 percent win ratio. After we were nerfed it dropped to 85 percent.

we all know strength BHs have needed a better balance adjustment than the last 3-4 attempts.

doesnt mean TLMs shouldnt also receive one. Angels, why not try a build without Hybrid armour and then play some 1v1.
exclude losses to strength BHs and let me know how you do.

As if they would make somethinglie hybred armor. Similar also means it will give 13 defense points while def matrix gives 12 at lv 1 and reflex boost boosts your dex and you regain energy.

Like you said, it's my turn. Of all classes why would you use Mage as an example against a BH? Can't you see that there are very few Mages left? I, for one, is a Mage myself and I admit that str BH's are tough. However, like you said it is always the build that fights for you so that means a good Mage build will be capable of beating a str BH. Don't ask me how because I don't have your answer and besides you're not gonna use it anyway.

One more thing, str BH's can be handled by other classes unlike TLM which is a pure ownage. Say what? Only a few other people with different classes can beat a TLM but of course, a TLM can beat itself.

On another note, you mentioned that Defense Matrix and Reflex Boost are both useless. Then try comparing your most precious Hybrid Armor to these "useless" skills.

Then why did they make Blood Shield add 12 resistance if a level 1 Energy Shield gives 13 resistance as well?

Why dont they make a armor that ignores 10% of the damage for physical only At lv Max

Example: If someone did 20 then it would be 18 (2 is 10% of 20 20-2=18)

If hybred armor did that it would be 8.
