This forum is reguarding the ability to change your helm while wearing telsa armor. I have seen alot of people complaining that the brain on the Telsa armor should be "optional" and that it looks dumb and overdone, I agree with this completly. Either remove the helm or make it unlockable with the purchase of the armor.

If you dont support this, please explain why.

I would like it to be unlockable with the purchase of the armour although we should never be forced to use a certain hairstyle if we literally pay for the armour, only non-variums should be forced to have certain hairstyles after buying an armour. I think they should change the warbot armour's helm as well.

Yeah Id be pretty upset If I couldnt change the helm... I paid varium for my helm and it looks way better than that brain thing O_o

I support the ability to get rid of locked heads on varium armors. It stops everyone from being the same. By the way, using the armor heads SHOULD NOT cost varium. (Just incase someone got ideas)

Its not that bad for boy characters, however if it is the same for females then i would be dissapointed. Because there is no way anyone would take you seriously if you looked like that XD

Helmets shouldn't be locked. This would promote diversity. Supported

What if this happened, Have the brain as a hair style (new hairstyle).
I agree with everyone saying the armour hairstyle should be unlockable.

Does this mean that the Tesla Armor is out already? I think that being able to choose whether you want hair or not is reasonable. Not many armors come with a helmet, do they? Although time was spent designing it, I believe it should be up to the players to decide if they want to wear it. I support the optional helmet.

@above: No, it hasn't been released yet but we have been given an image preview that you can view here. They plan on releasing the armour this week.

anyway i feel if the helm is not optional its just one more way that Variums got the short stick this round F2P got armors for every class and gender while it looks like Variums are getting an LQS omniclass/gender armor currently with a pre-set helm

It would be cool though that if you purchased a armour that coms with a helm, it is added to your list of EDIT: CREDIT ONLY hairstyles and YOUR list only.
What do you think?

The armor is very unique, and it will cater to some for aesthetics. I think the helm should be added to Customizations sections.

It would be nice if it was actually free as well to use. Some people will enjoy the exposed brain within the Cyber world of ED.

Lately, for high level varium players, the uni-armors have made all classes and genders feel and act the same. There should be some separation.

i agree with jzaanu, the 1 armor for all class idea is making the game a lot less fun, individual customization is part of any good game.

The helm is probably the biggest issue I have with the armor.
If we are not allowed to choose our hairstyle, I'll probably think twice before purchasing it.
But then again, this armor will probably be better than all rare and current in-game varium armors.

On that note, I hope NW followed up on the decision to make a female version.
Considering how much time he had(2 weeks), I don't see it as a problem.

As JZaanu said, there needs to be separation between classes and genders.
Since this weeks update was technically last weeks, try to add something different.
Cough *female version* Cough.

But yeah, shouldnt be forced to have that helm. I think it would be easy enough to make an option to make the helm invisible
