Ranloth -> RE: =ED= Design Notes - July 27, 2011 (7/28/2011 15:06:02)

I looked at Stat Progression table and new stats of Tesla Armor, I will actually have the same bonuses as with current items! ;D I have 2 points over the limit (so they are spare, do nothing for def/res/dmg but to skills (boost)) so I can put them into Str and make up for loss of 2 slots (Founder has 10, Tesla has 8).
Don't mind new stats at all! ;D

elm street -> RE: =ED= Design Notes - July 27, 2011 (7/28/2011 15:12:13)

Tesla has 8slots and founder has 10 cuz tesla gives 2+/res/def more than founder
it does make gud sense now [8|]

Fay Beeee -> RE: do u like now the new stats of the new lqs armor? (7/28/2011 15:18:01)

I will now work out if I can use it.:)

skeletondude -> RE: do u like now the new stats of the new lqs armor? (7/28/2011 15:18:09)

it's an armor actually worth buy now [:)]

Ranloth -> RE: =ED= Design Notes - July 27, 2011 (7/28/2011 15:18:35)

@skeletondude
No? Founder is only Lvl 25, Telsa is 33.. Difference in Lvls makes the difference in Def/Res not Slots.. -.-
Not all equipment has 10 slots, 8, etc. Delta and Beta Gear + Founder Armor have 10. I think most seasonal rares have about 8. Just varies.

@elm
Yeah I guess. ^.^

skeletondude -> RE: =ED= Design Notes - July 27, 2011 (7/28/2011 15:20:49)

@trans :chill Sherlock Holmes i was asking or jus curious

Ranloth -> RE: =ED= Design Notes - July 27, 2011 (7/28/2011 15:23:19)

@skeletondude
You wasn't doing either.. /facepalm
You just stated the fact which was false. Some people might think what we say it's true so sometimes misleading is bad - happens to all of us.

@below
No problem. It happened to me once, I believed in something and it was false... <.<

skeletondude -> RE: =ED= Design Notes - July 27, 2011 (7/28/2011 15:25:50)

edwardvulture -> RE: =ED= Design Notes - July 27, 2011 (7/28/2011 15:49:14)

Ok now you can say founders are completely dethroned.

Angels Holocaust -> RE: =ED= Design Notes - July 27, 2011 (7/28/2011 15:51:16)

Hun Kingq -> RE: =ED= Design Notes - July 27, 2011 (7/28/2011 16:11:12)

Well good thing I started posting modified stats for the the bad armor stats while others was just saying how bad they were without solutions.

So now maybe we could move on from founders get this founders get that and all players are treated equally not one put above the other because they played when the game first launched.

Now we have an armor that will help defend against the Gamma Bot attacks because I know alot of players are getting tired of losing battles because of an over powered robot.

Maybe one day they will not fear of making an armor with more than 16 total stats with more enhancements then just 8 since soon the level cap will soon be raised to 34.

Now not only balance they could work on but also true diminishing returns not only on skills but also equipment (Primary, secondary, Aux, and bot)
and give the Blood Mage back reroute since intimidation does not increase the damage we inflict or debuff dex, tech, or support then they could put reroute in that spot so we could be competitive in 2vs2 and Juggernaut battles.

edwardvulture -> RE: =ED= Design Notes - July 27, 2011 (7/28/2011 16:24:47)

^Hun THe armor specifically boosts gamma bot attacks and now people who miss the oppurtunity to get the armor will complain.

Angels Holocaust -> RE: What Builds Do You Think Will Benefit From The New Telsa Armor (7/28/2011 16:32:31)

Mages for once, and tank mercs.

LatinLover/Martini -> RE: What Builds Do You Think Will Benefit From The New Telsa Armor (7/28/2011 16:36:08)

cyber hunters mayb

Hun Kingq -> RE: =ED= Design Notes - July 27, 2011 (7/28/2011 16:38:22)

edwardvulture, but if you have the new armor and the other player that has the new armor as well you will more likely be able to defend against both kinds of attack and maybe they will put true dimishing returns on skills but also equipment (Primary, secondary, Aux, and bot) that way if they want to abuse a stat go ahead but you will not win the battles or dominate the game, as well as bully other players around especially new players.

Take away a bullies power they will become silent.

Elf Priest JZaanu -> RE: What Builds Do You Think Will Benefit From The New Telsa Armor (7/28/2011 16:40:32)

Honestly, my opinion is every build.

Much of it will depend on the creator. Some players have builds and find the appropriate items to make it successful, and others are adaptive builders that view an item or items and create around those.

When I see this armor, it reminds me of the physical version of Founders. So, as Angel mentioned, Mages should have a workable armor, since strength is not focused on this armor.

Mr.MuF1N M4K3R -> RE: =ED= Design Notes - July 27, 2011 (7/28/2011 16:46:08)

If they are changing telsa armor to +8 teach and +8 dex founder armor should get a little buff like +9 resist

Dendavex -> RE: =ED= Design Notes - July 27, 2011 (7/28/2011 16:48:05)

^ no founder armor should be dust

Sipping Cider -> RE: =ED= Design Notes - July 27, 2011 (7/28/2011 16:53:05)

I hope they make more than just 250 of each type of the armor. I have a feeling its going to see out fast otherwise.

Sipping Cider -> RE: What Builds Do You Think Will Benefit From The New Telsa Armor (7/28/2011 17:01:09)

I would also say every build benefits from the Tesla Armor, however i would think Blood Mage, Tech Mage, And Cyber Hunter will benefit the most. These three classes have lots of skills that do well with Dexterity and Technology.
