In my opinion there are arguably two types of stats in EpicDuel:

- Offensive stats: Strength and Support - because they directly affect weapons damage.
- Defensive stats: Dexterity and Technology - because they directly affect defense and resistance.

Now, I think all armors in EpicDuel should only boost Dexterity and Technology, and weapons should boost only Strength and Support, in various combinations.

This idea came to me when I've just seen the announced Tesla Armor stat boosts in DNs. In my opinion, this one is unbalanced, as it is much more useful for Str builds than other build types.

To sum it up, a +8Dex +8Tech would have been a much better stat distribution for Tesla armor, which is a universal armor intended (hopefully?) to be balanced across classes and build types.

What do you think?

Completely agree with armor suggestion.

But Ive never heard of strength builds using support.

That is actually the idea - to keep weapons balanced across Str, Balanced and Supp builds.

that would be ok for focus builds if they made this one 10 dex 10 tech and 10 enhancements that would make all builds very strong supported

Wonderfully Fantastic Idea!!!!!!

If this were to be implemented, than perhaps stat diminishing could go away since it would be harder to put so many stats in one skill!

Plus, think about it....... Armor helps your defense, weapons help your attack

Wouldn't this make all the armors nearly the same, each one giving just dex and/or tech? Same with weapons.

And what about sidearms and auxiliaries?

I would be happy with all the weapons giving the same stats, that way when creating my character i can equip weapons that match the look, not the build.

^That's the same stats as the tech mage founder armor, except without the 10 enhancements.
