Ive mis-clicked Addr. numerious of times and i dont know how to remove them off the addr. list. How do i remove them?

You have to go to your Inbox and click on My Address Book. You can delete anyone you added to your forum contact list from that page.

Go to your address book(Profile), check the boxes next to the people you do not want on it and then select the delete button. Edit: Ninja Shari.
