Is animated signature forbidden? cause I think recently I read a rule stating that animated signature is forbidden.I'm just assuming cause sometimes I forgot if I know it or not.

No, so long as it doesn't exceed 50 KB, 500x100, and isn't horribly distracting or seizure-causing.
