There will be an adjustment made regardless of the response that Tactical Mercs will not be altered. It might take many weeks, because of the issue of class change and new accounts created to be part of this Hybrid Class.
Most of the game knows, some will admit it, others will choose to wink and nod while they deny it, this class has 2 powerful passives and has an ability to layer skills together to make an assortment of effective builds. The class was designed this way for a reason. It had nothing to do with balance, but for generation of new monies and interest.
Be Patient, and the game will deal with this class either by direct adjustment or other class adjustments.
