i don't see the word 'buff' mentioned anywhere in that qoute... considering the way things are going, mages are probobly going to get yet ANOTHER nerf [:D]

I Was just assuming it would get buffed since in my opinion they are UP right now. I really hope these skills get buffed with this rescale.

@Sun and rej I doubt they plan on nerfing the caster skills any. The best one they have is Overload right now and with TLM abusing smokescreen, good luck fighting them with it. Personally I can't wait for them to get buffed. I loved making Overload builds and I would've tried Plasma Bolt but I thought the stun chance on Overload made it a much better choice anyways.

I agree completely. I am hoping to make a Plasma Bolt build after this update. Of course, the one thing they have to watch out for is making sure people can not one turn kill with caster skills, which makes those skills really hard to balance.
