what i mean is they should be able to reach the limit up until the 1st few lvls.
at lvl 2 they can actually put points into HP.

I am hoping that with the new rescale of caster abilties that agility will be able to go away. If abilities really worked more off of stats than they do now, than stats might equal health with out the agility nerf. Plus, with agility gone, it is one less thing on your stat page and easier for new players to navigate and understand the game.

^ If they wanted to remove agialty, they would first have to remove all or most enhacements.
Otherwise it would be a balance disaster.

well Lv1 can simply be removed im just showing progression from 1 to 33

I need agility as a tech mage. It is natural for a mage to have weak defense. For me, I need all the defense that I need and if I need more health, I would just cap myself at 94 and that's it. For me to be a balance mage, I need to try and cover myself in all areas so agility helps me with that +1, even a little.
