Skillsaw -> 2 Flag Capture Badges in 1 Achievements Page?? (8/3/2011 15:59:34)

I just met and buddied with a player named Nazgul. A level 33 Cyber with over 10k 1v1 wins.
Nothing unusual here, but if you blindly clicked on this post without reading the title, you will be shocked (i think)
to find out that this guy has 2 Flag Capture Badges in his Achievements Page!! Ive Played this game for almost
2 years and have never seen anyone with a duplicate badge in his achievements page.
I don't know if this is in the proper thread, so i figured general discussion would be best place to ask this:
Why does he have 2 of the exact same badge, when i should as well, considering ive won flags as founder of 2
separate factions? He said he's had both badges for about a year roughly.
I am so stumped over this, and also slightly excited, cause if i can win more than 1 flag badge, it adds more depth to the achievements
section of a characters lifeline, more rating points and stars to attain. I love that possibility, but, i hope it's not a glitch,
Someone please help me to know what is going on with this, and Ty very much.
