Hey spectra phantom Just as T.600 said contact the HelpTeam. Which is the only thing you can practically do, you could PM a moderator on the Forum's but it wouldn't be the best since they're usually busy. Unfortunately if the Helpteam ask for your first email, then you'll have to provide it, because how will the Helpteam know that your the real owner of the account???. For all they could know is that you may even be one of the account sharer's and because you don't have access to the email account which first created the Master Account, it prove's you aren't the true owner of the account. So you'll just have to find some other way to prove that your the real owner of the account. Transaction ID's won't work because unfortunately they don't prove that you own the account. There's nothing else us players could do for your. Also please don't post Game Account Issue's in the ED GD as it's against the =ED= EpicDuel Discussion Forum Rules quote:
If there is something wrong with your EpicDuel game account, please use the Help Pages. No one on the forums can help you with any game account issues, so please do not post about them in this forum. So unfortuntaely, none of us people on the forum's can really help your with your account issue's. All i can suggest is find other ways to prove that you created the Master Account since the HelpTeam doesn't work. Possibly try and find the exact date you made the account or find the first Official Artix point's package that was ever purchased for the account. In the past there has been issue's with sharing account's and it's been very hard for players to prove that the account is actually their's. Try Searching your Email inbox for the original email address. Because when-ever you change your email address linked to the master account, you will always get an email notifacation stating that your email address linked to the account has been changed. If what you say is true and that you've changed the email linked to the account over 10 times in the past 2 years. Just search your inbox and track back your original email address. Remember the only reason why the Helpteam ask for your email is to prove your ownership over the account, and that your not just one of the account sharer's
