  • The fifth use of this attack will telegraph an upcoming Attack Type 3. (Pop-up: 'There are rules to these kinds of things!' Doctor When looks very... frustrated. Something big is coming!)
Attack Type 2 - Doctor When hurls a blue box at his target for 1 hit of 250% Melee Water damage; if the hit lands, adds 3 turns of cooldown to 4 of its target's skills (excluding trinket and weapon special skills) at random.
Attack Type 3 / 3.1 / 3.2 - Doctor When shoots a multitude of laser beams at his target for 17 hits of 15% Melee Water damage, amounting to 255% damage.

  • Doctor When follows the skill rotation; Attack Type 1 -> Attack Type 2 -> Attack Type 1 (×4) -> Attack Type 3 -> Repeat.

    Attack Type 1 - Doctor When blasts his target with waves of energy for 6 hits of 20% Melee Metal damage, amounting to 120% damage; applies one of the following effects:
    • The first use of this attack applies 'Aged Sight' (-75 Bonus) to target for 2 turns.
    • The second use of this attack applies 'Aged Recovery' (+X Health Resist) to target for 3 turns inclusive. The strength of this debuff (X) is equal to Doctor When's All Resist from 'Impeccable Suit' (see below).
    • The third use of this attack applies 'Aged Precision' (-200 Crit) to target for 2 turns.
    Attack Type 2 - Doctor When hurls a blue box at his target for 1 hit of 100% Melee Metal damage; if the hit lands, adds 2 turns of cooldown to all of its target's skills (excluding trinket skills and On-Demand weapon specials). (Pop-up: Knocked all the way to next week! +1 to Cooldowns.)
    Attack Type 3 / 3.1 / 3.2 - Doctor When shoots a multitude of laser beams at his target for 17 hits of [10+5Y]% Melee Metal damage, amounting to [170+85Y]% damage; applies 'Overwhelmed' to target, stunning it for one turn; transfers all DoT effects active on Doctor When to his target.
    • Y is equal to the number of the number of status effects active on Doctor When, including DoT effects.
    Attack Type 4 - Doctor When casts a barrier, dealing no damage but applying 'Readied' (+20% Boost) to himself for 4 turns; while affected by 'Readied', attacking Doctor When while he is under the effects of 'Readied' will apply 'Rebounding Time', a 100% damage Fear DoT effect, to his attacker for 5 turns. (Pop-up: Doctor When prepares himself for incoming attacks.)

    Other information
  • Doctor When is permanently affected by 'Impeccable Suit,' raising his All Resist by +80 and lowering his Health Resist by -80. 'Impeccable Suit' will lose -1 All Resist and gain +1 Health Resist for every 1% of maximum HP Doctor When loses, flooring at +0 All Resist and -0 Health Resist.
  • After being hit twice in the same turn, Doctor When will apply 'Not So Fast' (+300 Melee/Pierce/Magic Avoidance) to himself for the remainder of the turn.
  • Doctor When follows the skill rotation; Attack Type 1 (×3) -> Attack Type 2 -> Attack Type 3 -> Attack Type 4 -> Repeat.
