I have a few questions :
1 ) What if i forgot his e-mail password when i requested my forum name ( which is my other forum account in a diff email ) to be changed ?
2 ) Is it okay to make another forum account as long as you should use a diff email ?

You are not permitted under any circumstances to create multiple forum accounts. Any additional accounts will be banned and disciplinary action may be taken against the original account.

If you can't access the email to which your name change request was sent to, you'll have to find some way of recovering that email. Check with your service provider to find out how you can do that.
