Analysis
The Special attacks start out as a 15%-rate special, which is 1419% Base, Random, and 846% Lucky Strikes, with +47 BTH.
Special #2 deals 50% Void damage. However, it's artificially doubled currently for an effective normal damage hit on 100%.
