@aqwshadowking14: With enhancements I'm sure, however if you enhance Kurz fully it has 29 stats. There is no guns with 28 stats when not enhanced, if there is then it's a bug and should be reported.

You guys are forgetting...

The best gun for support builds is Stun Gun. +9 + 8 enh. = 17. Still the best out there.

@hyped Kurz elite is way better than Stun guns stat wise, tho 5% stun and a little higher dmg could be helpful sometimes.

Kurz Elite has -2 damage but +3 stats when compared to Jade Magnum or its energy version. 2 damage is equal to 10 strength... 10-3= 7 stat points you are missing out on... Am I missing something?

@Ubear: Yes, your forgetting to calculate the 2 turn cool-down that guns have, when you add that into the equation it lowers the number of stats per dmg significantly. Also the base number for adding strength is 4 not 5, so 2 dmg would = 8 stats if it was a primary weapon, however like I said you have to factor in the 2 turn cool-down of guns.

It seems that you have some input on stats - is this true?

I think it would be beneficial for an official response from someone official regarding stats/damage for each level - including varium/rarity bonuses.

The sooner a standard is set, the sooner we can be smarter shoppers and there would never be another complaint about stats/

The standards aren't all finished yet, but as parts of them are finished, they'll get applied to items that are released. As you can probably tell, there isn't a pricing standard yet, so the level 33 weapons are a bit on the cheap side! Applying these standards retroactively probably won't happen because of the time it would require and the mess it would make with peoples existing builds.

Here's how the tradeoff between stats and damage will work. Normally 1 damage would equal 4 stats (note that diminishing returns are not taken into account in this conversion) if you could use that weapon every turn. Guns have a 2 turn cooldown, in other words they can be used every 3rd turn, so their damage bonus is 1/3 of it's listed value, or 1 damage = 4/3 stat points. Auxiliaries factor in their cooldown in the same way, except they have a 3 turn cooldown, so their damage is equal to 1/4 of it's listed value or 1 damage = 1 stat point.

let's say (theoretically) a gun would have 50 Stats,
then it could have 40 Dmg and +20dex (wow, my expample is OP O.o)
anyway, an aux generally has a bit more dmg (5 or 6?)
so let's say 46 dmg, that way, only +4 dex remains.

now, if we do the same with a 30 stat gun:
24 dmg, +12 dex
aux: 30 dmg, +0 dex

my point is, doesn't this make guns OP and auxes UP?
or do auxes get more stats then guns? or am i missing something?

also, how many stats/ lvl do weapons get?

You forgot to take into account that guns damage increases with strength and auxiliaries with support

Thanks for the reply.
I would like to know if standards are in place / will be in place for different levels of rarity and if there will be a standard varium boost.
In AQ, its clear how much stronger my guardian eqips are (3 lvls) and ztoken equips (10 levels)
Right now an up-to-date varium lvl 33 is around 15 levels higher than an up-to-date non-varium - can a lvl 18 char compete with a lvl 33? (Just the fact that varium weapons are so much less limiting in terms of build creativity is a HUGE boost)
Also, my rares are being outclassed by common equipment - will this be a trend?

^it's far from 15 levels bro, i'll use the example you gave:

a level 18 full varium VS a lvl 33 non-varium

i'm 100% sure that the lvl 33 will win, even if he has a crappy build and 0 enhancements (P.S.: enhancements ARE availible for non-varium)

I was kind of angered by this comment. Cheap side? You mean to tell me the pricing standard could be changed.. for the worse? Did I miss the memo where 995 varium was cheap??? I'm sorry but that is just not cool.

^I feel that way as well lol.
If you call 995 varium cheap when comparing this to 10,000 varium for $50. Which is about $5.00....
then that is just insane already.

IMO, there should be a pricing standard when the value of varium is raised far higher than what is now.
Perhaps, 20,000 for $50. Then each weapon as of now would be only $2.50.

So I wouldn't call it the "cheap" side, that's the wrong word for it.

Edit: On topic:
My headhunter SMG is doing quite well for my expectations. Now all we need is a good 16 stat non-varium energy auxiliary. Without ridiculous requirements.
