You'll have to upload it to an image hosting site like TinyPic or Photobucket first, then you'll get a direct link. You can put that link between [image] tags to get an image embedded in your post:
[image]http://yourimage.jpg[/image]
You should check the rules of each forum before you insert an image in your post because most forum section don't allow images to be directly posted, you have to link to them instead. You can do that by using [link] tags instead of image tags:
[link]http://yourimage.jpg[/link]
