...Does anyone know how to contact the staff besides posting stuff on the forums.
I try to contact directly on forums but I got no luck. [:(]

If you need something specifically, you should PM a Moderator or ArchKnight of whatever board it is in which you're having a problem. See the Staff and Staff Assistants List. If it's not a specific problem, or if it can be addressed more generally, try posting in the relevant Q&A forum.
