You'll need to upload your desired image to a hosting site such as Photobucket or ImageShack, take the image's URL and insert it between image tags. This is covered in the Detailed Sig Guide so consider reading through the guide if you don't understand the above.

Another option is to post Here and Ask someone else to make the picture the way you want it.

You will want to put the tags between image tags, which are

The image link you have in your signature - http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/705/yergen.png/ , I think it is too big.
You should crop it to 500x100, or smaller.
And to make your signature appear, try putting your link in [IMAGE]Your link[/IMAGE].

Aside from missing image tags, the URL you've got isn't the right one. The correct code to enter into the signature field would be:
[image]http://img705.imageshack.us/img705/8086/yergen.png[/image]
As noted by Siganiv, the image you're trying to use would violate the signature rules. Images can be 50KB and 500x100 at maximum. Your image is 845.29KB and 800x422.
