Some forums have disabled the ability for regular members to post new threads. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to see what you're allowed to do in each section. In this thread you can-

  • Post new threads

  • Reply to messages

  • Submit Votes

    You cannot-

  • Post new polls

  • Delete your own posts

  • Delete your own threads

  • Rate posts

    I think that's what you were asking, I'm sorry if I misinterpreted your question. In sections such as the HS ones, you cannot make new threads.

    You cannot post threads in HS GD, HS Bugs, and HS Sugg because the game is too new.
